I tested neg. on the Eliza. But due to symptoms my doctor ordered the Western blot IgG and IgM.
Came back today with only the IgG positive on band 23 KDA. The standard range on the test report said XDET, no sure what that means. And the red flag was marked with an A. What is anyone with experience think of this report? Thank you....My symptoms are high frequency fatigue, joint pain, headache, muscle cramping. I was tested 4 years ago with an ANA test and was negative.

Unfortunately, you cannot really rely on the tests for a diagnosis. The tests are fundamentally flawed and cannot detect all the different strains of the Borrelia bacteria. The tests show the existence of your body's anti-bodies to the disease, but the disease itself and the involvement of co-infections suppresses the immune system.

Your best move would be to find a Lyme Literate doctor (associated with ILADS) to diagnose you clinically. They might use the IGENEX lab for testing, considered to be more accurate.
