Just a heads up, now that I've started a treatment plan,

I've changed my profile name from "In_A_Cocoon" to "Breaking Free".

I've done my homework, I've learned so much, I've pressed forward and I'm now on the road to health and freedom from all this pain, suffering and sorrow.

Life is for living, and I'm on board! Yay!!!!

I'm so glad to hear you changed your screen name! I personally think more positive screen names are better for a person, since it shows they're not letting the disease get take control of them, if that makes sense.

I just read your other post and was wondering why I couldn't remember anything about that person who posted, so now I know. :) Keep the hope and keep moving forward!

Don't feel bad, Garden Peace!!! I was thinking the same thing! "How did this person get so many posts and I wasn't even aware that they were a member here?" turn LOL!! That's what getting up waaay before dawn with an injured animal will do to my brain still!! LOL!

Breaking Free - what a beautiful choice for a screen name - and you will (break free) from this!!! I just know that you will!!

Glad you are feeling better, I think that helps so much to allow us to adjust our thinking, views. When so sick just no positive energy.

I've finally come to understand that my pain and mental issues come from inflammation due to the lyme/co. It took me this long to understand this, so now I have a better view of moving forward.

The diet is paramount, stress is to be avoided (I am now using my breathing techniques, meditation, and visualization, and wow, is this working!!), and use of tinctures/meds/herbals are what do the work of killing and eradicating the spirochetes. Of course, detoxing is also a major part of this equation.

I feel better and am able to think better now that the low dose abx has helped with the inflammation.
