Hi Livebyvibes,
We have had many people come here with your symptoms. Lyme presents itself in many ways with not everyone having the same symptoms.
A negative Western Blot is not conclusive for Lyme disease -at least 40% of those with Lyme will have a negative WB. This is because Lyme - especially when combined with Bartonella - will reduce immune function, and there are only 4 or 5 strains out of 300 strains of the bacteria that are being tested for. So this test only means that you don't have one of those strains, not that you don't have Lyme disease. Unfortunately, most doctors don't know this.
In the last few days I've added more links to the posts that were already in the "New to Lyme?" thread, so you should go back through once again to see if anything else may pertain to your case.
I also just started another thread with some information that you might find very interesting - "One of the reasons there are so many presentations of Lyme disease"
www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=30&m=3152763 This article explains that different strains of the bacteria will infect different parts of the body, which is at least part of the reason why we can have different symptoms, yet have the same infection.
The symptoms that you list though do point to Lyme disease. I know that I have had those - and many other - symptoms.
