I didn't find a tick or anything, and this didn't appear until yesterday, at first it was really swollen and I thought it was a fly bite because I always swell up from fly bites.

Yes, get it checked out and get on a strong dose of doxy. My tick bite looked just like that. Please don't ignore it like I did. I thought it was a spider bite because I was told there were no ticks in the PNW. Two years later lyme and co infections are in my brain, heart and everywhere else. Good luck and keep us posted

I 2nd that. You should look for a Lyme literate doctor (LLMD or LLND). You can start a new thread on here to ask for suggestions for a doctor in your area.

What part of the PNW are you in picture of health? I'm near Portland.
