Right side neck pain - lyme symptom?

Anyone know could some parts of lyme hang around one area in the body?

I get odd neck symptoms that can also radiate to the shoulder and the top of the head. I feel like its parasites and lyme, maybe filarilial worms. Could it also be a lyme symptom? Anyone ever feel like their neck tightens? Also could lyme feel like little things are pokinng you and/or tingling?

One alternative medicine doctor recommended getting surgery by the wisdom teeth areas for hidden infections. I think I'm gonna try to see a llmd again soon. Maybe treating lyme again can help. It is crazy there isn't some kind of test that can check everything and scan the body or something besides a ct scan or mri, etc. Which may not show everything with this anyway.

Thanks. Yeah I'm not considering surgery at the moment. Mostly looking into parasite and lyme treatments altho it appears even parisitology centers seem to have limited knowledge on parasites that infest humans. It is pretty absurd. It's amazing there isn't a test that can just cycle through things and find the culprit besides stool test which is said to be unreliable often.

It could be lyme antibiotics could help now. Gonna try to see the llmd again soon.
