Hi guys,

I saw this and am so excited I had to share. I loved, loved, loved my Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day cookbook prior to being diagnosed with Lyme. Just saw that a gluten free version is being released in October which includes recipes that are also dairy free. Not sure about the yeast involved but this makes me super happy!! It would be awesome to have the smell of fresh bread baking in the house again.

And if anyone can't use yeast, try Xanthan Gum or Guar Gum instead - both are yeast free, & gluten free.

Thanks! I'm familiar with their fist book. I wonder what the ingredients will be.
