Can anyone that has or is taking A-L complex if it has ever caused blurry vision? If so, did it go away with continued use, or did you quite taking the A-L? Thank you.

I edited your post only to edit the title- you need a title on your posts so that others will know what the thread is about
. You will get more responses that way.
Although I have not used this product, I can tell you that it is quite common to have symptoms increase and even have new symptoms show up during treatments. This is known as herxing and it actually is used by some doctors that really know their stuff to confirm a Lyme diagnosis.
Herxing occurs because as the bacteria die off, they leave behind toxins, and it's these toxins that drive our symptoms.
You need to either start detoxing or step up what you are doing for detoxing to help alleviate the herxing. Unless of course you have any serious or severe symptoms -then you should go to the emergency room, but don't allow them to give you a steroid shot! Steroids lower the immune system response and should never be given when a person is even suspected of having an infection of any type!

Hi there!
I'm about
three weeks into my AL Complex treatment, and I have bouts with blurry vision. I find that the blurry vision is concurrent with herxing. On good days, the vision improves, but during herx reactions, the blurry vision can be quite intense (enough to not feel comfortable driving). I skipped 2 days of drops because I wanted to feel my best during a weekend trip, and noticed a decrease in symptoms, probably because there was no substance in my body to actively attack the bacteria (dying bacteria releases the toxins that cause herxing/feeling crappy).
Traveler is spot on regarding managing herxing (including blurry vision in my case) due to Lyme. Helping your body detox is so important. I use a detox blend tea daily (dandelion, burdock root, milk thistle, chicory root, sarsaparilla), drink plenty of water (I shoot for at least 80oz a day), I drink 16oz of warm lemon water upon rising to help wake up the liver and flush out toxins, I make my own Kombucha (a probiotic drink), I do dry skin brushing before showers/baths, and take many epsom salt baths. One thing I HAVE noticed, is that if I am not drinking enough water, it will instigate a herxing episode - staying well hydrated is very important! I'm not sure what your lifestyle habits are, but I have given up both coffee and alcohol during this time so that I do not overburden my body.
Best Wishes on your wellness journey!
