Normally, I'm a very calm, logical, rational person. I'm not given to freaking out or being overly emotional.
Right now, the littlest things send me totally through the roof!
High pitched sounds.....like chewing, rubbing fabric, clinking.......absolutely drive me nuts!
I just had a panic attack after hearing someone chewing. Hyperventillating, body shaking, crying, pounding a pillow.....absolutely totally freaking out! Over nothing!
I can't go anywhere or do anything. The only place I'm ok, where there aren't sounds that I can't take, is in my room. Am I just supposed to lock myself in my room for the rest of my life?
