Anyone use Ashwagandha? Results? With rifampin?

Hey all. Thinking about starting to use Ashwagandha. Heard this can be very helpful...anyone else get good results with it? I'm currently on rifampin which I know has a lot of interactions...think that'll be okay?

I have been on ashwaganda before...and am on it again - to help heal my adrenals.
I don't know if it's a lyme treatment per se...but if your adrenals are suffering, then helping them will in turn help your body heal.
I haven't been told of any interactions - I was on doxy and zithro, now starting Ammox....

It's in my adrenal formula, so that's the only experience I have with it.

It is supposed to be good for sleep and tonically helping support the adrenals. It is supposed to be a very safe herb. There are no known contraindications that I'm aware of in moderate doses with antibiotics.
