Please help me find a great LLMD in the pacific northwest. Oregon or Washinton or....

I live in rural southern Oregon, and have been diagnosed with Chronic Lyme Disease. Current doctors are just treating for extreme pain, depression, and insomnia. I have been through almost 2 years of antibiotics, both IV and oral. Some worked and some didn't. I am looking for someone who can actually help me.
