Pediatric LLMD needed around pittsburgh pa or dallas tx

So my son was infected when he was 16 months, had the bullseye rash but when we rbought up lyme to his pedi she said no that it was just a grass allergy. it took 3 weeks for it to go away and the next week he stopped talking, and was hospitalized for a severe corn allergy. Spending a week in the hospital (after the rash went away) just put lyme at the back of my mind and it was dimissed (at this point I trusted my docs) Fast forward to him being almost 4 he has some sort of neuromuscular condition that is degenerative in nature, this is just one of the many medical problems he now has (seizures, brain damage, nonverbal, chronic lung disease, muscle wasting, auditory processing, hypotonia, osteopenia, and the list just goes on and on.)

My friend who also has lyme brought it up and it made me remember his rash when he was smaller. we are getting the paperwork from that doctor who described the rash as a circular rash with a welt in the center suspected grass allergy. I have been told that this paper should be enough to at least get him tested for lyme if not diagnosed. we are in dallas tx which is not lyme friendly, and were looking to move anyways because his docs are no longer looking for a diagnosis and don't even want to see him for a year. my husband has been offered a job in Pittsburgh pa if we are there in the next few weeks. so looking for any advice or any llmd in the Pittsburgh or dallas area.
