Its almost 1am and guess who's still awake...me! Granted, I just finished doing laundry an hour ago. Kind of necessary, since my only towel needed to be washed.
Its kind of strange. I stopped the eleuthero a couple days ago, and I've had a bit more trouble falling asleep since then. Almost like when I was taking the eleuthero too late at night. Wonder if maybe my system is going through a 'reboot' period right now.
Then again, it could also be because I was very bad today. Had chocolate cake and wine after dinner. But I kind of deserved it, since the past week has been absolute hell. Pretty sure there's nothing more soul shattering than delivering a dead baby....except maybe failing to save the mom too. Having animals just plain sucks sometimes.
Not quite sure which I hate more right now. Life or Lyme.

I right here with you. I hardly ever sleep until 3:00. Thursday night I went to sleep at 11:00, but I woke up at 2:00 and that was it. I had to go to my LLMD the next day, so I was exhausted. I haven't recovered from that yet.
Last night, I vomited for hours. That was horrible, and obviously interfered with my sleep.
Unfortunately, I fell asleep at 5:00 this evening and didn't wake up until 10:00. I'm afraid tonight night be bad!

You two aren't the only ones who are still awake....

Lucky Girlie.... it's 1:00am my time.
Should we have a little party? We could all sit around and stare at one another through brain fog and droopy eye lids. lol

I'm putting off going to bed....I fell asleep this afternoon for an hour...so not sure if I'll be able to fall asleep yet. And, I don't want to lie there unable to sleep, getting stressed....
I sure miss my carefree life....don't know what you got til it's gone!!!

You guys might like the chat function on here when you can't sleep. You just need to set up a time you're all able to be on it. Just a thought.
My problem is waking up too early, no matter what time I go to bed.

I was going to answer the same thing like Garden Peace: you could go to the chat room.
If I'm not taking my Klonazepam, I'm bright awake (but terribly tired) until 2am.
I try to follow some kind of sleeping ritual, that helps too: take a shower, go down and have a chat with husband, drink our evening tea (we choose a 'good night tea'), take my ldn, antihistamine and Klonazepam, then off to bed, 15mins of reading and I fall asleep.
I hope you're all off to bed by now... I'm already up at this side of the world...

I took my clonazepam at 11:00. It's like taking a sugar pill.

I'm sorry AML... I need to combine it with an antihistamine to get my heartrate down...
Have you considered other options like melatonin? Are you nervous or just not able to sleep?

Not nervous at all. I just lie there with a blank mind, wide awake! No matter how tired I am. It's maddening!
Tonight I have extra reason, because I took that long, late nap. I couldn't help it, I just collapsed after taking a shower.
I'm headed to bed to try again. Wish me luck!

Ow Roxie, that's not good...
I had that going on too, but then my dr started to prescribe me something, cause not sleeping is not helping you heal either....

I went to sleep about
4:00 and slept until 11:15. That doesn't fit the "real world", but then, neither do I!
