Can anyone tell from my symptoms which co infections I may have? Bart? Babs? I'm sure LLMD will fill me in when I have my appt in 2 weeks, but just thought I'd ask here as well. Any guesses?
My biggest symptom is anxiety/ panic, followed by:
Fatigue
Muscle weakness
Poor memory, poor concentration, ADD, brain fog
Hair loss
Trouble falling asleep at night
I have no pain of any kind. No headaches either. Guess I'm lucky!
Thanks for any opinions.

It's honestly really hard to tell. Have you been diagnosed with Lyme disease? The only way to know for sure is through tests or a clinical opinion.

I have not been officially diagnosed. Just suspected Lyme with a referral to a LLMD. Just wondered if my symptoms suggested any particular co infection.

I know its hard, because you want answers right now especially if you've been sick for so long. (I totally know the feeling.) It was really hard waiting 4 weeks for my results. However, its really hard to tell sometimes.
For instance, the only symptom of babesia I had was an iron deficiency and really, really bad fatigue. And it took a long time to find the iron problem. Like five months.
And for the bart. my doctors didn't find it in the tests, it just didn't show up. But I definitely have it. After I started a med for babesia is made the shin bone pain and the foot pain come out, really, really badly. That was two months after starting treatment for the lyme and babesia.
So really, it can be hard to tell sometimes. Just keep track of all your symptoms and make sure to keep an
open mind.

It could be possible you only have Lyme too. I hope that's the case, the less problems the better, right?

How long ago did you get bitten? Those were my initial symptoms that started about
1.5 months after being bitten. Plus had stabbing pain in the heart and heart skipping. Near 3 months after the bite I started getting joint pain and soon after that the tingling started.
I have Lyme and Bartonella and believe Babesia as well.

Uthagal, please look at the post on the link below. It is a list that I compiled from different authors that details which symptoms are caused by what infection. It might help you get an answer.
