Cysts and L-Forms? What is this???

I kicked the Babesia duncani. (Hopefully)
But I still have Bart and Lyme.
I was taking 1000mg of the Azithromycin. Feeling pretty good over and taking 200mg daily of the doxy.
Then about eleven days ago I start feeling awful. Chest pain/pressure especially when breathing all the muscle/joint/ foot/ shin bone pain came back with headaches and brain fog/ memory problems.
Saw my LLMD today. He said both or one of these things moved into the cyst or L-form.


What does this mean for my recovery time table or anything? Will I have to herx? (AGAIN??) And what are these "L-forms?" Anyone have experience?
(Because I'm freaking out, I feel worse than I did the first time I herxed.)

Actually the "L-form" is actually questionable as it appears to be the same as a cyst form under the microscope. In Petri dishes. There are only 2 forms, spirochetes and round body forms (cysts). There is also a biofilm like form.

But one thing we know for sure is it can go inside cells. Some biologist theorize it sheds it's cell wall when it does this, but I seen on YouTube videos spirochetes just drill out of blood cells so who knows if they were actual blobs inside the cells or not. But still, the bacteria inside of cells is very relevant as only certain antibiotics can get inside there. Maybe they create a cyst form inside cells? It is possible.

But one things for sure... To treat Lyme it's good to get all 3 forms. But many will say if you use an intracellular drug (goes inside cells), and on top of that use a cyst drug. That is usually enough.
