I seem to have run into a bit of a dead end with my detox baths. I've worked up to 1 bottle hydrogen peroxide, ~1lb epsom salt, and fairly hot water. I'm just not noticing as much benefit as I did when I started.
I've added cilantro tincture, and it's made a noticeable improvement in my neuro issues. I've only been on it for a few days, but it really seems to help.
I just got anise tincture, so its too early to say what that'll do.
The thing I'm having some issues with is bloating. Drinking water w/ lemon & apple cider vinegar seems to help. I took some of the calcium bentonite I have. It helped a lot, but its too constipating.
Is zeolite better? Not constipating & good at detoxing.
I think I definitely have issues detoxing, but I'm still waiting for my MTHFR results.

You aren't supposed to take cilantro without a binder. Cilantro is a chelator. So you should take chollera with it, to bind whatever cilantro pulls out.

You should check into Amazon Smile (
smile.amazon.com/about
) - I've signed up and Amazon donates a small portion to the charity of your choice - I chose Tick-borne Disease Alliance.
And yes, Amazon does sell salsa!!!

Hi Sayyadina - I know that some people take psyllium husk along with calcium betonite clay to prevent constipation. I highly recommend taking the clay if at all possible. I'm not sure how much of it you tried taking, but I started at 1/4 tsp and worked up slowly to 2 tsp a day.

That's why I've not used clays - I have dealt with enough constipation. There are a lot of other alternatives out there for those of us that need them. Keep looking, you'll find something that suits your needs.

We are using 3 drops cilantro tincture 3x daily, Diatomaceous Earth 2x daily and psyllium 1x daily, and have found this to be very effective.
I know many people use chlorella as a binder, but after reading this article on the lipopolysaccharides that the chlorella cell walls contain, I have decided not to use it in our protocols:
http://robbwolf.com/2012/01/19/trojan-horses-of-chlorella-superfood/
"Chronic exposure to LPS leads to chronic systemic inflammation, which is not a desirable state of affairs, as the readers of this blog know. Specifically, systemic LPS-activated macrophages in the brain have been implicated in progressive degeneration of dopaminergic neurons and are responsible for Parkinson’s disease.
"...there is also potential for contamination with viruses. Giant ones. Normally, a virus contains genetic information of a handful of viral proteins. Chlorella viruses have more than three hundred genes, most of which encode proteins of unknown function. The potential for harmful interaction of these proteins with normal functioning of human cells is real. If the history of another fallen superfood of the recent past, that of Klamath Lake cyanobacteria, is any guide, I expect to hear a lot more about
Chlorella viruses in the future."
I am not trying to dissuade you from using it, if you find chlorella works for you, only be aware.
Don't go too high with cilantro, although you will want to because it just tastes so yummy. If you release too many metals into your intestine too fast your body will try to compensate by allowing yeast to grow. We experienced this first hand - messy business.

We were on Buhner's antimicrobial herbs for bart and babs, and he says CSA can be very potent so suggests using probiotics with it, which we do. 100 billion daily of a rotation between ReNewLife Ultimate Flora, Culturella, Align and Prescript
Assist.
The only thing that changed in the protocol was cilantro and bringing it up to 10 drops 3x daily messed us up. Back to 3 drops 3x daily and everything is fine. Because it happened to us, doesn't mean it will happen to you, just be aware.
We use an organic psyllium husk that I get from our health food store. If they're not organic, grains are usually sprayed with glyphosate to dessicate them before harvest. It's disgusting, but if my 13 year old daughter will drink it, I can too.
In one of the new Mercola articles Stephanie Seneff discusses the toxic effects of glyphosate, both on the gut as well as the mobilization of metals. There is talk of using sulfate (as in magnesium sulfate - Epsom salts) to help ameliorate the problems. So don't give up the Epsom salts altogether. They are useful.
