facial twitching & dry eyes

I've been having random facial twitching on & off all day. Mostly on the right side above my eyebrow. I also have dry eyes. They're better, but they haven't improved as much as my dry mouth has.

Is this a Lyme thing, or co-infection?

Kinda unnerving when your face just starts twitching.
