Babesia, Malarone/Zith, few questions

Hello,
I'm on Malarone and Zith since nearly 2 months and have only clinical diagnosis of babesia. My list of symptoms is too long to write it... I have a few questions:

1. Few days ago my calves started hurts and burning. My legs hurt more when I stand. At the same time I began to feel something like sting needles on the skin of whole body, especially on hands, legs and temples.
Have you experienced anything like this?

2. First two weeks on Malarone/Zith was great, I had more energy, brainfog disappeared etc.
After that I spent two weeks in bed and felt horrible with: sleepiness, no power even to eat something, chills (especially in the evening), sweats, stomachache (only 3 days), chest pain (only 3 days), muscle pain (especially legs), photophobia, headache, neck stiffness and air hunger.
Then I felt better, something like in the first two weeks of this combo. After that again worse but not as much as before....
If anyone had a similar sine wave like me? And that two-weeks periods? Should I think that it's babs herx?

3. How long did it take you to see significant improvement on babesia treatment?

4. Which herbs and supplements do you recommend to fight against babesia? Mainly to increase in energy level. I'm from Europe so probably not all will be available.

Make sure to implement a good detox protocol to remove all the toxins the dying bugs are producing. I did colonics 2x weekly for 5 months and cannot tell you how much that helped. Enemas are good too. When I became ill I did not realize the importance of detox and how aggressive I was going to have to be. At one point my detox protocol included colonics 2x weekly, enemas on days I did not have colonics, FIR sauna every day, Epsom salt baths 3-5x weekly, rebounding, brushing, etc. Make sure you are on a good supplement regime so that you don't lose too much magnesium etc. with this kind of detox. Hope this helps!
