How to distinguish from bart babs and lyme?

So I have lyme and babs and been treating. Never tested postive for bart with a regular lab. I have had every symptom under the sun of babs and lyme but a few im not sure that are related are tmj, nerve pain in teeth tmj area, crawling and numbing sensations in head and feelings of something being poured in my head and of course migraine, I also have very painful feet of the early morning. Thoughts on this? I do have yeast and mercury exposure that im working on.
