Which protocol worked best for you? (POLL)(Please answer!)

I want to create a more organized topic on protocols that current and future Lyme-infected patients can benefit from. It would be great if we could sample the Lyme population to see which protocol worked best for them. Please take the time to answer this poll and post your thoughts on the protocol, other protocols you tried, benefits/disadvantages, and so on.

This is both for our benefit, and for others to come who will surely benefit from this info.
