off antibiotics

I was taken off meds this past weekend due to what the Dr. thought was toxic build up (Herx) that affected my heart and head. I felt the same symptoms for five days after stopping and the last two days (day 6 & 7) has been a worsening of other symptoms.

I know I had about 2 days worth of Doxy in my system to get rid off after stopping meds and about 5 days of Zithromax. My assumption was that the meds were still working until they were excreted. Now two days past that, I don't know why I feel worse.

Even when the abx are out of your system - the toxins from the dead bacteria are still there. You need to be detoxing or raising the amount you do to detox in order to help the body get rid of those toxins.
