How long do you typically need to be in treatment for babesia? What kinds of drugs?

A common treatment is zithromax coupled with mepron. Mepron , I believe is an anti-malarial drug.
Not sure of time frame for that one.

Do babesia and Barton Ella take more than a couple months to get rid of? I've been infected for 7 years maybe longer

From what I read, treating Babs takes a minimum of 4 months of zithromax and mepron.
