prayer request, safe travel and productive 3rd llmd visit

At 2am I was worried I would not be awake enough to drive 3 hours but I did get about 5 hrs of sleep on tbe couch. So request prayer for safe travel there and back, to be alert andno brain fog. That my timd with dr will be productive, that ill remember what I need yo,that we will have the grace to understand each other. Im feeking very ddiscouraged anc afraid that will come out. Hope body functions properly there and back, no symptom surprises. I feel confused what to tocus on, im just feeling really down. I usually try not tolet my emotions show at drs vvisit s if I can help it. Getting on the road in 10 minutes. 3hrs one way. Devotion today was yo expect mmiracles from God, He split the red sea He is still in the business of miracle s for us. Will update tomorrow, or very latr tonight if adrenaline still pumping.

You can do it!! And your doctor is there to help! Be honest with them! That is probably the best place ever to let your guard down and show how you truly feel. They see people with the same problems all day long. You aren't alone in this!

As hard as treatment can be sometimes, the alternative of 'just living with it' really isn't an alternative. You will just continue to deteriorate, so do your best to stick with it.

Have you checked into going to a face-to-face Lyme support group in your area? That might help.
