I'm so glad to hear that this was only inflamed lymph nodes!!
They get swollen due to the dead bacteria and other debris that they filter out of your blood - with being in treatment, you have a larger than normal amount of this debris in your blood, so the lymph nodes will sometimes get "clogged" - for lack of a better term right now.
You should begin to do some lymph massages and do you dry skin brush? One of the purposes of dry skin brushing is to help the lymph fluid move more. You can find a video of how to do a Lymph massage on yourself on You Tube, or I can link one for you.
Some people use other products to help their lymph nodes from staying so swollen and sore. You may want to consider this as well.
