Painful Spasms in Left Flank and Left Abdomen. Lyme or something else?

For the past week I have had on and off spasms that are felt in the left flank area and directly under left ribcage. These are not separate spasms, it is felt in both places at the same time and they are painful. It almost feels like someone is kicking my inner organs. My back is now very sore in the left flank area.

I tried googling it and I mainly found kidney stones or muscle spasms.
Is there a muscle that wraps around from the back left flank all the way to the front?
Should I go into Urgent Care?
Has anyone else had this and know what it is?

I'm really worried.
I do have muscles twitches almost constantly but never have they been painful or in this location.

I had that too early on and mine lasted about two or three weeks. I finally went to my PCP and they said it was costocondritis (sp?) and gave me a muscle relaxer. Sounds like it's part of Lyme. I haven't had it since that one time. Maybe try a heating pad or warm compress? If it keeps on you may need to see a Dr.

Oh I should add for me the pain felt like someone was literally sav big me.
