First of all, there are no dumb questions!! Especially if you don't know! This was all new to us at one point in time or another too, and we are all still learning, so ask away!!
Now which symptoms do you consider annoying?? LOL! I know they all are, but if you are talking about
digestive issues, there are a few things you should know.
First, clean up your diet. No sugar, you really shouldn't have caffeine, or at least keep it to a minimum, no fast food, a few highly processed foods as possible.
For digestive upset of all kinds, try ginger tea or peppermint tea. For the belching, I would say try ginger tea first. You can use either fresh ginger (tastes better) or the dried ginger in your spice cabinet. The store bought tea bags will work in a pinch. Drink the tea up to three times a day.
Have you read through our "New to Lyme? Start here!" thread that sits at the top of the forum yet? It's packed with important information, symptom lists, detoxing suggestions (which will help a lot with your other symptoms), and much more helpful information.
Honestly, it sounds like your symptoms are a combination of basically Lyme and Bartonella right now. This may change as you go through treatments, but detoxing will help keep them less severe.
Is the shakiness relieved within a few hours by eating? If so, you will need to have your adrenals tested.
