eye disorder due to lyme

Hi,
I went today to an eye specialist to make some tests.
Unfortunately there was not everything okay.I suspected that as I have sight problems.
The question is if lyme can cause pale papillae? And a bit difference in VEP?

The papillae is pale, and the edge is blurred. Can it be because of the lyme, or rather MS?
