It really, really sucks when things turn out worse than you thought they would. My flight out was horrible. For some reason, I was singled out to go through security differently from everyone else in the line I was in. They all got to keep their shoes on. I had to take mine off. And I started shaking uncontrollably until I got out of there.
I managed to eat a little on the plane, but I couldn't manage much. I drank a lot of lemon/apple cider vinegar water, but I still got all dried out. Felt really bad once I arrived, but that could also be because I was too nauseated to eat for most of the day.
The actual time I spent where I went was quite nice. But getting back home was a nightmare.
Security was even worse. Started shaking in the line, and they didn't move fast enough so I could get the heck out of there. Absolutely the worst. Yes, security is important but the level of personal invasion and violation its just too much.
Even though I actually managed breakfast and lunch, I got even sicker on the flight home. It started with an intense sinus headache on the ground. Once we were in the air, I had a full blown migraine. Luckily I had a scarf and sunglasses so I could make things as dark as possible. But I couldn't lie down and curl up like I normally would.
By the time I got off the plane, I was so dizzy I could barely walk straight.
I got home sunday, and I'm still very dizzy. And I have really bad diarrhea. Worst I've had in a very, very long time. Really just want to curl up and sleep until its over.
The real kicker is I was doing really, really well while I was on vacation. Energy good, and just feeling pretty normal. But this flight home was just the worst.
I think I need to take a detox bath, but I don't think I can do it safely. Think I'll either fall asleep, pass out or throw up if I take one. I am keeping up with my detox supplements, plus some activated charcoal at night well away from my normal stuff.
