I just received my order...haven't opened it yet.

So, am I supposed to only use them when I herx? Or should I be taking them daily?

I also have alka seltzer gold - just for herxes.

How much burbur and pinella should I take...and can one be taken right after the other?

I take 10 drops of each and I take them together. I've been on them 1 month. I haven't noticed any change.

I have read that when you herx..you can keep taking one until the herx goes away - can't remember which one...and how often you keep taking it.

I'll try and search it.
