I know that I'm not the only one here with low back pain, so I thought I'd share. Sometimes our low back pain can be caused from our kidney's needing some help:
"The symptom of kidney pain (also termed renal or flank pain) are discomfort (acute or chronic) or aches or sharp pain that occurs in the back between approximately the lowest rib and the buttock. Depending on the cause of the pain, it may radiate down the flank to the groin or toward the abdominal area."
www.medicinenet.com/kidney_pain/page2.htm Now of course, they are thinking of kidney stones or a kidney infection, but for us it can just be an over taxed kidney or a stressed kidney, so to help flush it, we can drink cranberry juice - although watch out for sugar levels!
