Yes, I do the sub-lingual B12 as well as some other supplements. I also eat a somewhat restrictive diet.
As far as my diet impacting me, I am lactose intolerant, nuts, soy and gluten sensitive as well as hypersensitive to acidic foods. As part of the Lyme treatment, I cut out almost everything out of my diet and little by little I began to reintroduce them in. This is how I found out what was causing my anxiety to go into hyper-mode. In turn, my body's reaction to the allergen would make me feel ill and depression soon followed.
I now only eat at home and monitor everything that we eat. I even bring breakfast and lunch to work so that I don't have to worry about what I am going to eat while at work.
