You beat me this time
I've been putting the free meditations on here too in the past.
For me, meditating has been a life saver: regular mediations, anger meditations. They have helped me so much to push away anxiety, anger, irritation, and other overwhelming emotions.
Not long ago I fell of a ladder and broke a vertebra but was home alone and couldn't move, had to wait for my neighbours to come home. At one point I started meditating cause I felt the pain was going to make me pass out, and anxiety was pushing me into hyperventilation.
The power of meditation is unbelievable.
