I would suggest you forgo the yogurt for now and switch to kefir. I don't remember how many strains of beneficial bacteria the store bought kefir has, but the homemade kefir has 23 different strains of beneficial bacteria and 9 strains of healthy yeasts to help balance your intestines back out.
