herx on jernigan protocol

I started on this protocol last week, my stabbing headaches went away but I don't feel well. it feels like I am herxxing. anyone had experience with this protocol?

It's possible that you both still may have traces of antibiotics in your system and that takes them to leave your body.

Mystery, I forgot if you are still taking abx? If you stopped, how long ago was it?

Louise, did you stop taking conventional antibiotics? Even though it is safe to take both abx and Dr. J's botanicals, the abx cause toxins thus the neuro-antitox is doing a double job binding up those toxins.

The best thing to do is up your detoxing... Hang in there, it gets better!

i stopped the antibiotics the day I started the j protocol.

So sorry everyone! I really think that it does take time for the antibiotics to come out of your bodies. As I said before the Neuro-Antitox is doing a double job, it's not only binding up toxins from the lyme bacteria but the toxins from the antibiotics as well.

Louise, it sounds to me that you need Magnesium to help with the twitches and insomnia. Some people get magnesium from detox baths, others take magnesium supplements. Magnesium is very powerful stuff!

Ugh, I just can't win. Massive, massive nausea today after 20 drops of lymogen. Why oh why can I not handle anything. My stupid chills which have been long gone are suddenly back in full force. What the heck??
