Do you guys think I have lyme

I have been to the doctors many times over the last 4 months and they tell me I have health anxiety
It started as a weird spaced out feeling when I was watching a movie with my girlfriend and I just couldn't seem to grasp what was going on in the movie which is very unusual for me, then later on in the night I had flashing in my eye, went to the opticians and they told me it was probably a migraine and there was nothing wrong with my eyes, however I didn't feel any pain in my head, a few weeks later I got insomnia and couldn't sleep for a week, during this time and a few weeks after, I felt constantly spaced out and I felt that it was really hard to focus, I also vomited almost every morning and could not eat hardly anything, All these symptoms passed and I started university and felt completely fine and back to normal for about 2-3 weeks then I developed this head pressure in my head and it hasn't gone away at all for the last 3 weeks, I also have a very stiff neck, have had 3 panic attacks, and I get heart palpitations and I can hear my heart beat in my head. Thanks for any advise.

While we can't really diagnose you -- not being medical professionals and all -- we can encourage you to keep looking for answers. Your various doctors will only tell you what it isn't and then just label you with some term that really doesn't help. You have to be your own health advocate. Don't take no for an answer.

Do educate yourself (there is a lot of good information in the "New to Lyme?"thread at the top of the forum). Lyme imitates a lot of other diseases and they have to ruled out.

A good first step would be to get tested. While the tests are not accurate, it's worth starting there.

may b lyme. I have all those symptoms, plus. However, for me some of those symptoms U stated were fungus/ mold. Do u have sinus infections or mold in ur house? The vomiting and stiff neck sounds like a low grade inflammation in the brain.( i had encephalitis, and work in the medical field.) If lyme, perhaps getting iv treatment in the begining can b most effective ( dont do oral for nuero....i got worse, and my current doc said oral doses too small to penetrate the blood brain barrier, which may cause spirochetes to migrate to brain, if cause is lyme, and not a different infection. I wish i was back to where u are....Do things right, b4 they get worse...i say get an accurate diagnosis and get treatment asap....u might b able to get fully better... In short, i say find someone who will figure out cause and treat u aggressively. Tell ur primary of the vomitting and stiff neck, and other symptoms u described....and if he doesnt think its a problem, find someone else good.
