Anybody else getting them with the weather change and running the furnace? I guess that's it since I don't have them in the summer.

If they are caused by the herpes virus (cold sores), you could try L-Lysine? It should help inactivate the herpes virus.

I think it's the dry heat, my hands are really dry also. I never had this living in Florida. I just deal with it, didn't know what else I could do.
