Been on doxy for a year...should I be concerned?

In reference to the sapi study from 2011, should I be worried about the cysts doxy causes to form? I've been on it in conjuncture with rifampin, so it's been neccesary but I'm a little nervous and thinking about switching to amoxicillin...

Having said that, you've been on doxy for a year now...are you still seeing progress..or is it stalled out?
Has your Dr. discussed what he plans for you?

I've been up and down a lot, but that's due to the Rifampin, not the doxy. When I just take doxy I feel great. That said, I'll be off the doxy shortly, switching to amoxicillin then mino/tindamax
