How do you keep your liver enzymes down? Do you take abx breaks?

When my liver enzymes were up, my LLMD had me take milk thistle and turmeric.

I've been taking Liver Detoxifier and Regenerator by NOW brand. My Dr. Said he's not worried about
raised enzymes unless they go over 100. I've been on 2-4 antibiotics at a time for 2 years now.

Agree with the milk thistle seed, turmeric—I also added burdock root. My enzymes shot up and then came right back down after adding those.

I always take milk thistle, dandelion and turmeric and my liver enzymes only rose slightly but only do ANX for 3 weeks then get a week off, really only do them on the week days so 15 days out of the month.
