Hi Everyone--
I need to write a letter to my insurance company appealing the denial for Bicillin Injections. They asked me to include any studies or articles as back up and I am coming up with nada. Anyone fought this battle? Can anyone think of any articles off the top of their head?
Hope everyone is having a good night :)

I am so tired, and so far behind on paperwork, I haven't even tried.
My ENT doctor helped me with my inhaler, because they wouldn't pay for the X
openex, as the Albuterol is much more widely used. All he had to do was explain that the Albuteral caused tachycardia in me, and the insurance started paying. But these aren't drugs used for Lyme.
My insurance did pay for my antibiotics; I'm amazed that they did. Now I'm using herbals, so it's a moot point.
Most of the drugs they won't pay for aren't for Lyme perse, except for the Deplin, and I gave up on that.
I'll see what I can find.

Here are some, but you need to read them, to make sure the conclusions are positive.

The last is a slide presentation by Horowitz at ILADs, but it might help.
I would say anything and everything would help, including user reviews:

And this is a Senate hearing about
Lyme (could be very useful)--look under "Treatment."
