So was that a misprint in your post? As it says in your first post that you tested positive for 3 co-infections and "BORRELIAL/B BURGDORFI" - that's Lyme disease in the strictest sense.
As for the EBV, 97.7% of all people in the U.S. carry this virus, but it's not active in everyone, but can reactivate when the body had to deal with something like Lyme.
It does seem to be a positive result, and you may need to have antivirals, but it's not usually a big deal for most Lyme patients to heal from at the same time as they treat their tick-borne infections.
