I am noticing when I turn off the lights at night and go to bed sometimes I feel wobbly and unsteady in the dark. (like I am 90)
Do you guys ever feel this way?

Oh yes… even just closing my eyes sometimes… even when lying down… I have dizzy moments where I feel like I have a bobble head and that my whole body is floating. So strange. I hate it.

Yup - My hubby often goes to bed before me... So I enter the dark bedroom, arms outstretched, and walk slowly to the bed... I have my arms in front of me becuz I don't seem to have a good feel of where I am and have bumped into things.
It seems like my eyes don't adjust to the darkness like they used to.

I have very bad night vision and am unsteady in the dark. When i turn off the lights, my eyes seem to have issues to adjust: it starts flickering for about 30sec.

YES - the flickering and flashing after I close my eyes! At times it's so bad I feel nauseous.
