confused about my symptoms

I am confused about my symptoms. As I have shared mine are mostly neurological and can be very hard to decipher if it is lyme or just general mental stuff.
Specifically, I get easily overwhelmed. Okay. I have a little child and they can be quite overwhelming- but since having lyme I am very much more overwhelmed by them- just the busyness noise and needs of raising a child.
So then I get confused- is this lyme? Or is this just my personal reaction to a kid? I didn't used to be so overwhelmed by them before lyme.
I get easily overwhelmed by lots of things- I just generally like things to be quiet and still.
When I went back on abx it was only from a phone consult because there was a snowstorm so I couldn't make it to my appointment an hour away.
Just before the phone consult one of my anxiety things came on so that during the phone call I was having the anxiety. I told the dr and also he could hear it in my voice.

I told the dr that the anxiety had gone away but had come back when I was off the abx. He said that was pretty clearly the residual lyme.

The anxiety and the overwhelmed are two different but related feelings. The anxiety is like I have to take a valium, and the overwhelmed is more like everyone go away and let me lie alone in bed.
I have been back on abx three days and notice the anxiety attacks have lessened already- but I still have the easily overwhelmed. I just woke up this morning and was already overwhelmed by my family and sort of exhausted a little and just like argh! Which is not really my personality pre lyme.

But if these ( and my ears) are my only symptoms, how the heck can I tell if this is still lyme or not?

I have both the anxiety and overwhelmed feeling also. Sometimes the overwhelmed feeling turns into full blown panic, but not always. I never had these symptom before Lyme. I was always a multitasker, with NO stress. Now, I get overwhelmed just making spaghetti and meatballs. Lol.

I think both the anxiety and overwhelmed is from the Neurolyme. When the Lyme and co are fully treated, hopefully both of those symptoms go away!

Now that am back on abx my tingling nerves in my left leg and arm are back. ugh. I know it is from the abx and not form the lyme. I only got it the last month on abx- then it subsided about 90% the month I was off abx, and returned the second day back on abx! I hate it. It makes me feel like I don't have control over my body. Dr gave me alphalipoic acid for this I wonder if it will help? So tiredof being sick and putting these abx into my body.
