Heavy twitchy and painful legs

Hi guys,

On my 3rd week of antibiotics after being diagnosed after 4 years.My major problem is pain in the legs around shin.knees and hips not to forget I have bursitis in both my hips probably because of Lyme now the question is I read it some where in the forum about taking zeolite also is leg pain more of a bartonella infection or Lyme itself can be this bad my leafs are weak like I can stand for like and hour and half and I will be in pain does anyone here know how long before any of these medications would start working.

Really worried as to what's going to happen

I am currently going into my 5th month of treatment and have greatly improved. The first few months were tough and I did have a lot of herxing. My symptoms included severe panic/anxiety, twitching, tingling, brain fog and muscle/bone aches. All of my symptoms with the exception of the bone/muscle ache got better with my IV and Oral abx for Lyme. When my LLMD put me on Bactrim for Bart my bone/muscle aches are almost 100% gone. So my pains came mostly from the Bart and the neurological symptoms I believe came from Lyme.

You will see improvement with treatment, it just takes time.
