At one point I couldnt walk a block without pain either.
I started a immune support "program" with suppliments way before ABX -helped my gut, did nothing for muscle tightness though.
I have yet to find any nutritional deficiencies. Magnesium glycinate in the only vitamin that helps with my tightness.
For many years I've tried body building amino acids, BCCA, as well as good old creatine, gluatamine, different protiens- did nothing for tightness.
Testing with MTRFR soon.
There are 3 things you need to make sure that they are in adequate levels and are transported correctly in regards to muscle tightness, potassium, sodium, and lithium. Do you have sinus trouble or GI issues?
