Sudden Red Rash on One Side of Face - Picture Included

Does anyone know what this could be? My face looked fine earlier, and now, the left side cheek has this red rash. I haven't taken anything except multivitamin and magnesium today, so nothing new that may cause a reaction. Wondering if anyone has had similar.
