charcoal - activated or not?

I need to place an order with iherb - for my pinella and burbur. I'm going to finally add in charcoal for detox.
Should it be activated charcoal?
What brands are good ones...hopefully I can get with the same order.

I see iherb has Nature's way? Anyone use this one?

activated is the way to go.

I've used Nature's Way successfully. Out here in CA, the bottles are marked w/ warnings for fertility and pregnancy issues—it's deemed a carcinogen. I still take it when I'm traveling but now usually just use bentonite clay.

Thanks P. haha - fertility and pregnancy...that ship has sailed, so no worries with that anyway.

Good—that makes things simpler for you. Charcoal is certainly one of the most convenient binders I've taken.

I use Swiss Activated Charcoal recommended by LLND.

I believe I can get both Swiss and Nature's Way at my local health food store...so that's good.
