Ooooo… I hated that. I don't break out anymore, thankfully. Your skin is one of the largest detox organs that you have (if not the largest—I forget my biology). So if your lymphs are jammed up, your skin gets clogged up too. Do you do dry brushing? That should help along w/ detox baths that really draw toxins out of your skin—sometimes too strongly so you have to be careful. Of course, diet is critical—organic, no processed foods. Keep it clean and healthy so you aren't overloading your organs with stuff it doesn't need.
Also… this gets a little technical so let me know if you'd like more specific info but acne can be triggered by various issues going on—not just clogged skin. Sometimes, a yeast overgrowth might look like an acne breakout. Or, a sensitivity to demodex (which are the critters that live on everyone's skin but for some it causes problems), or a chemical sensitivity or reaction to certain foods. So, if one thing doesn't work it might take a little investigation.
