(TRAVELER- I especially want to know your opinion on adding these in addition to the misty meadows herbals!)
a while back I got this parasite cleanse by the life tree- as recommended by someone on here ( I forget who).
I tried it a few days but experienced some shortness of breath one day which freaked me out so I stopped. ( may have been unrelated).
I still have it--- there is a parasite cleanse tincture, a liver detox, a cleanse, another detox, and detox foot pads ( which are great- I will put those on today!)
Have any of you had success with parasite cleanse as part of your protocol?
I am looking at the ingredients and they are all herbal. Perhaps for some of it I should just get the herbal teas.
the liver and kidney detox has-Oregon grape root, yellow dock, milk thistle, burdock, dandelion, red root, and another something.
I used to be into herbs years ago and am very familiar with some of these plants and I know they are good. Okay, so I decided I am going to add either this supplement I have, or because I prefer teas over capsules and tinctures, make a tea with some of these.
Next, the tree of life "cleanse" has flax seed, aloe leaf, rhubarb, triphala, slippery elm, marshmallow root. ( this is a digestive cleanse)
The parasite cleanse has--
black walnut, clove, pumpkin seed, gentian, hyssop, cumin, cramp bark, rhubarb, thyme, oregano, fennel.

So, reading perry fields' stuff has inspired me to rethink getting back on some of these. In fact some of these seem to mirror some of her regiment.
My question is-- (And TRAVELER maybe you can answer this!)-- since I am already taking the misty meadows herbs- which is about
14 herbs---or so-, if I add in all these things is it too much??
what do you guys think?
I will ask my two meetings about
this too but want to know what you all think.
