Random herx or hormonal turmoil?

Wonder if anyone out there has experienced anything like what is happening to me now. It's sort of female related so sorry guys! I've been on the same antibiotics for almost 2 months now - Omnicef, Zithromax, Plaquenil, and the of course Nystatin. I herxed a bit initially and then a couple weeks ago actually had 3 good days in a row (that hasn't happened in years). Then I got my period and -boom! - down for the count. Horrible period, heavy (which is unusual) and I just felt lousy all the time. After a week, my period ended and I had about 1 day where I felt ok but then started feeling lousy again. Now I think I must be ovulating and I feel horrendous! Can't hardly move off the couch I'm so exhausted, slight nausea, slight headache, my feet hurt, my neck hurts. Don't know if it's a herx or if I should call my doc because my hormones are all screwed up. Do people herx like that? 2 months into treatment when nothing else has changed? TIA for any thoughts.
