Tindamax and other Cyst Busters - dosage?

I saw my LLMD yesterday and he wants to do another round of cyst busters. I did a 3 week treatment and used tindamax back in September - (1) 500mg tablet 2x a day. But yesterday he said he was going to call in the RX and today I found out he prescribed (1.5) 500 mg 2x a day for a whole month.

Tindamax caused me to herx and made me feel like crap for a couple of days (loss of apetite was the worst because im pretty skinny as is). I am willing to do it again, because afterwards is when I really seem to make progress, but I am just curious what is the usual course prescribed for cyst busting abx? Also stinks I will probably be herxing over the holidays, but its so worth it if I make another turn in my health for the better.

I am also a little freaked out because I will be on IV rocephin, Bactrim, Doxy and now Tindamax! That's a lot of abx. Is this all too much?

yes, I was infected in 2003 but my symptoms did not become "out of control" until this year. My symptoms have greatly improved. And my twitching is pretty much gone. I do have the occasional twitch, but I did go a whole 2 days with 0 twitching (I was very excited about that one).

I take 1000 mg of tindamax, 2x/day...but its only for 3 days evry 2 weeks for now.
