Breakfast: large flake oatmeal with a few raisins and a splash of milk or two soft-boiled eggs and an orange.
Lunch: two organic brown rice cakes with cheese or almond butter and a banana ; water to drink
Dinner: boneless/skinless chicken thighs - cooked in oven with new potatoes, cooked broccoli, and a salad containing romaine lettuce, black beans, tomatoes, carrots, fresh basil, avocado with dressing made of olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, garlic; water to drink
night snack: popcorn with olive oil and Red Star yeast.
